Initial + 6 Month with consultations

The same testing, with a doctor to talk it through.

£899
two panels · two consultations
What's included
  • Everything in Initial + 6 Month
  • Two consultations with a doctor, one after each panel
  • Your results discussed in full, not summarised at you
  • A plan agreed with a clinician rather than handed to you
  • Onward referral where something needs specialist review

Same markers as £499 — you are paying for clinician time, not extra tests.

Optional add-ons

Available with any panel, priced individually. These are genuinely optional — none is included in the packages above.

  • Fasting insulin unlocks HOMA-IR, HOMA-β and QUICKI
  • Homocysteine methylation and cardiovascular risk
  • Bicarbonate unlocks the anion gap
  • CoQ10 relevant on statin therapy
  • ANA autoimmune screen
  • Prolactin
  • Amylase and lipase pancreatic function
  • ABO group and Rh factor

On insulin resistance: every panel includes the TyG index, a validated measure needing only triglycerides and glucose, so it can be tracked across both draws. HOMA-IR requires fasting insulin and is therefore an add-on. If you want it, take it at both draws — a single reading has nothing to compare against.

All panels include phlebotomy at one of our CQC-registered partner clinics. Samples are analysed by a UKAS-accredited medical laboratory working to ISO 15189.

Counts are per panel. The £499 and £899 packages include an Initial panel and a 6 Month follow-up; they differ only in whether two doctor consultations are included.

Worth knowing: ApoB, thyroid and the hormone markers appear in the Initial panel but not the 6 Month follow-up, so those are measured once rather than tracked. If tracking ApoB matters to you, tell us and we will price a repeat.

Every panel includes

More than numbers
on a screen.

A blood test is only as useful as what's done with the result. Every Osiro panel comes with the human layer that makes the numbers actionable.

i

Clinician interpretation

A licensed clinician reviews every panel and writes a personal summary of what matters and why.

ii

Personal dashboard

An always-on view of your numbers. Track trends over time and compare to optimal — not just "normal" — ranges.

iii

Action plan

Specific, evidence-based next steps. No vague "eat healthier" — actual interventions tied to your specific markers.

iv

At-home or in-lab

Visit one of our CQC-registered partner clinics, or have a phlebotomist visit you. Twenty minutes, fasted.

v

Re-test reminders

We'll prompt you when it's time to re-test so you can see your numbers move. Re-testing is included.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

How is this different from my annual health check?
A typical annual health check measures about 18 biomarkers — largely what a standard NHS or insurer-funded check covers. Osiro reports up to 96 results from a single draw, including ApoB, hs-CRP, HbA1c, ferritin, full thyroid function and a full hormone panel — markers that aren't routinely tested but shift risk decades earlier.
Where do I get my blood drawn?
We partner with CQC-registered clinics across the UK. You'll book a 20-minute appointment at a location near you. At-home draws are also available for an additional £40 fee.
Who interprets my results?
A licensed clinician — an MD, NP, or PA — reviews every single panel personally. They flag anything that needs attention, write a plain-language summary, and outline a specific action plan tied to your results. This is not an algorithm-only review.
Is this a replacement for my doctor?
No. Osiro is a preventive insight layer designed to complement your existing care. We provide the in-depth biomarker data and a starting point for action; we recommend continuing your regular relationship with your primary care physician, and we make it easy to export results to share with them.
How often should I test?
We recommend twice yearly for most members. Many biomarkers can shift meaningfully in three to six months in response to changes in diet, sleep, exercise or medication, and seeing the movement is what makes the data actionable.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored under UK GDPR–compliant encryption. We never sell or share your data. You own your record — you can export raw values at any time and delete your entire record with one click.
Do you take insurance?
Not currently. Direct pay allows us to order tests insurance won't cover and to spend time on interpretation rather than billing. Many panels are eligible for HSA / FSA reimbursement, and we provide superbills on request.
