What we are agreeing to do, what we are not, and where the limits of a blood panel genuinely lie.
We arrange a blood draw at a CQC-registered clinic, have your sample analysed by a UKAS-accredited medical laboratory working to ISO 15189, and give you a report in which a doctor has read every result and written an interpretation.
Depending on the package you buy, you receive one or two panels, and in the £899 package two consultations with a doctor. Exactly which markers each panel contains is set out on the panels page, and we will tell you if it changes before your draw.
Tell us before your draw if you are pregnant, have a bleeding disorder, take anticoagulants, or have previously fainted giving blood. None necessarily prevents testing, but the clinic needs to know.
We would rather set expectations honestly than have you discover these afterwards.
Osiro optimal bands come from preventive and longevity literature, not from disease thresholds. A result flagged borderline by us may sit comfortably inside the laboratory's normal range. Your report says so, on every result. This is deliberate, and it means some flags are prompts for a conversation rather than signs of illness.
Hard exercise raises creatine kinase and liver enzymes. A cold raises CRP. Dehydration shifts nearly everything. Cortisol depends on the hour. Biotin supplements interfere with thyroid assays. A single reading is a snapshot; a trend is the useful thing, which is why panels are designed to be repeated.
Many results are derived from measured values using published formulas. They are genuinely informative and require no extra blood — but they are arithmetic on the same sample, and your report labels every one so you can tell which is which.
The 6 Month panel omits hormones, thyroid and ApoB. Some markers are therefore measured once rather than tracked. The comparison table on the panels page shows exactly what each includes.
Laboratory timing is outside our control, and we deliberately do not publish a promise we cannot keep. We will tell you if your sample is delayed or needs repeating.
Prices are shown on the panels page in pounds sterling and include the blood draw at a partner clinic and laboratory analysis. Add-ons are priced separately and are never included in a package.
Payment is taken before your draw is booked. We will honour the price shown when you ordered, even if it changes afterwards.
As a consumer buying at a distance you generally have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we will refund you in full if you have not yet had your blood drawn.
Once your sample has been taken and sent for analysis, the service has substantially been performed and we cannot refund the laboratory work. We can still refund an unused second panel or an unused consultation.
To cancel, email info@osirohealth.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
Your results are yours. You can view and print your full report at any time, and request an export or deletion as described in our privacy notice.
We may need to retain a clinical record after you leave, for the period set out in that notice. We will tell you what is retained and why.
We will not share your results with an insurer or employer, including if they ask us directly.
We take responsibility for providing this service with reasonable care and skill, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We are not responsible for decisions you take about your health without clinical advice, for a delay caused by the laboratory or a clinic, or for losses arising because information you gave us was inaccurate or incomplete.
Email info@osirohealth.com and we will acknowledge within two working days. If your complaint concerns clinical care, it will be reviewed by a clinician who was not involved.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. If we make a material change we will email active members rather than quietly amend this page.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
